We Accept Refunds & Replacements For:
Item arrives damaged or defective
Item is incorrect or missing from your order
Item does not match what was ordered
We Do Not Accept Refunds For:
Change of mind after the order has been placed
Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Orders already in production or fulfilled
Normal variation in color or sizing due to on-demand production

All vinyl and CDs are pressed and produced on demand exclusively for you.
We partner with the highest quality fulfillment partners and quality-check every item before shipping.
Refunds and replacements are available only in the situations listed above.
Returns Process
Returns are only accepted in the approved situations listed above.
If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Full return instructions will be sent via email.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
